You are the person we are looking for if:
- You have advanced knowledge of English;

- You are available for a full-time program 8 hours/day (24/7), organized in shifts.
Your typical work day will look like:
- You will offer support for the commercial line and the technical line (level 1) for our clients;
- Promptly resolve various situations that customers report via email, chat, phone;
- Keep track of customer interactions and record the information they provide;
- Participate in regular training sessions to help you develop professionally and personally;
- You will have the opportunity to practice communication skills in writing and speaking with our native clients in Canada, America, etc.
