Valoris Superheroes – Florentina’s story

We are delighted to reveal to you Valoris successful stories’! Today we’d like to introduce you to one of our superheroes, Florentina – Junior Project Manager. Discover her journey and get inspired!

  1. What do you think we should know about you? Could you tell us more about yourself?

I am an ambitious person and I like working with people. I like activities that require resistance to stress. I love pets, especially dogs and cats, this is why I have 2 pets now. I am very empathetic and I believe a lot in integrity and fairness.

  1. Where did you graduate from and what are your plans?

I graduated from the Polytechnic University of Bucharest, specialized in: Entrepreneurship, Management and Business Engineering, both the faculty and the master’s degree. As plans for the future, I want to start a small family business.

  1. What was your childhood dream?

My dream was to become an artist. I practiced guitar, singing and dancing.

  1. Do you have any hobbies? What do you do in your spare time?

I like to dance and I usually go to Latin clubs. I also do sports as much as my free time allows and I enjoy walking in the park every night.

  1. Do you have a motto? If so, which one?

Yes. My motto is: “Ambition is a vice, but a vice that can become the father of a virtue”.

  1. When did you join the Valoris team?

I joined the Valoris team in September 2019.

  1. How was your experience while working for Valoris so far?

My experience in Valoris was very good, because I managed to evolve and develop professionally, having the opportunity to become a Junior Project Manager in a short time and in a field that is known and pleasant to me, the financial field.

  1. What do you love most about us?

What I like the most is the team. There are many wonderful people,  whom you can ask for help anytime and from whom you can learn a lot. I also like the concept and the diversity of projects that the company has, having the opportunity to learn many fields.

  1. Finally, what advice do you have for your colleagues?

If you want to develop professionally and learn as many fields as possible, Valoris is a good environment.
