We are delighted to reveal to you Valoris successful stories’! Today we’d like to introduce you to one of our superheroes, Florinel – Junior Workforce Management Analyst. Discover his journey and get inspired!
- What do you think we should know about you? Could tell us more about yourself?
I’m a shy person, especially when I have to interact with people I don’t know. I was looking forward to improve this side, so I’ve applied for a Call Center Agent job. Also I could say that I always try to think “outside the box”. I believe that anything can be improved, as long as you know how to look at it.
- Where did you graduate from and what are your plans?
I haven’t graduate yet because I am a the senior year student at Titu Maiorescu University, specialized in Accounting and Management Informatics. In the future, I don’t consider to follow this profile, but I would like to take a programming course because I have been passionate about Web Design for several years, but I haven’t paid enough attention to it.
- What was your childhood dream?
I’ve dreamed of becoming a football player. I used to play football daily with my friends, no matter how bad the weather was.
- Do you have any hobbies? What do you do in your spare time?
I became a sedentary person because of a football injury from a few years ago. Now I spend most of my spare time playing PC games, such as League Of Legends (if anyone wants to play with me, send me a message on Teams).
- Do you have a motto? If so, which one?
I don’t have a motto, but I always do things in my own way and I consider that everything works best when you do it in your way.
- When did you join the Valoris team?
I’ve joined the team on July 15, 2019, as a Call Center Agent.
- How was your experience while working for Valoris so far?
I’ve had a pleasant and growing experience. I was promoted twice during one year and 7 months – firstly, as a Team Leader and secondly, as Workforce Management Analyst.
- What do you love most about us?
I like the team most.
- Finally, what message do you have for your colleagues?
I would advise them to focus on their personal development and the opportunities will come naturally.
