At Valoris Center, 2024 was a special time, because we celebrated 18 years of experience in the BPO industry and we are proud to say that this year has been nothing short of exceptional. From winning prestigious awards to pushing boundaries in customer service, 2024 has reinforced our position as a leader in the European outsourcing spot. Let’s take a look at some of the highlights.
Celebrating the success of our people
Valoris Center’s success has always been created, nourished, and driven by our people, and this year, we are especially proud of their achievements. At the Romanian Contact Center Awards, we celebrated two key victories:
- Our colleague, Anca Boia was awarded Best Team Manager, recognizing her leadership and unwavering commitment to driving success within her team.
- Cosmina Ezer was named Learning Champion of the Year, highlighting her dedication to fostering growth and continuous learning within Valoris Center.
More over, at the ABSL Gala, which recognizes outstanding achievements across the entire local outsourcing industry, our colleague, Cezara Ciobotaru, Training & Quality Manager at Valoris Center, was among the finalists in the “Colleague of the Year” category.
These honors speak volumes about the talent and passion that shape our company. It’s the hard work of colleagues like Cezara, Anca and Cosmina that makes Valoris a great place to work and a trusted partner for our partners.
Recognizing dedication and excellence
At the Romanian Business Services Forum & Awards 2024, we received the Customer Centricity Award for our CSAT (Customer Satisfaction) solution. Launched and implemented across various accounts and industries, this solution has been instrumental in improving customer engagement and satisfaction. We’re incredibly proud of this achievement, as it reflects our dedication to constantly improving our service delivery and enhancing the customer experience.
Our success didn’t stop there. At the Clutch Spring and Autumn Awards, Valoris Center maintained its position as a top outsourcing provider in Europe. These awards, based on partners’ feedback and satisfaction, reaffirm our standing as a leader in the BPO industry, offering multilingual services in over 10 European languages.
Recognition at the European stage
Our journey to excellence reached new heights when we participated in the European Contact Centre & Customer Service Awards (ECCCSA) 2024, one of the most prestigious events in the industry. This year, we were finalists in three important categories:
- Best Approach to Supporting Vulnerable Customers
- Best Customer Experience
- Outsourcing Contact Center of the Year
Being nominated for these categories is a remarkable honor. The Best Approach to Supporting Vulnerable Customers award, in particular, reflects our dedication to providing compassionate, empathetic service to those who need it most. Meanwhile, our consistent recognition in the Best Customer Experience category underscores our commitment to delivering exceptional, customer-first solutions at every touchpoint.
A Bronze victory in London
And then came the icing on the cake. In November 2024, at the prestigious ECCCSA Gala in London, we were thrilled to bring home the Bronze Award in the category of Outsourced Contact Center of the Year. This achievement shows the hard work, innovation, and dedication of the entire Valoris Community. It’s a proud moment for all of us, affirming that Valoris Center continues to set the standard for excellence in customer service outsourcing.
