We are delighted to reveal to you Valoris successful stories’! Today we’d like to introduce you to one of our superheroes, Ana – Quality Analist. Discover her journey and get inspired!
- What do you think we should know about you? Could tell us more about yourself?
I am a person who wants to learn as much as possible, shy around new people, but very chatty after I get to know them. I am organized and detail oriented. I love animals and flowers. I have a bunny named Caisă. I collect stamps, coins and banknotes.
- Where did you graduate from and what are your plans?
I graduated the Business Administration Master program at the Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest and one of my favorite subjects was Quality Management. In the future, I plan to learn as many things as possible and to be able to develop professionally in this field.
- What was your childhood dream?
I always wanted to have a job that I would enjoy working on and get results from my work. Initially, I wanted to be a teacher, then an event organizer, a car dealer and even have my own business. Over time, these things have changed, but the first dream has remained and is just coming true.
- Do you have any hobbies? What do you do in your spare time?
I spend time with my pet bunny, I read, I travel (although in the last year, it has not been easy to do this).
- Do you have a motto? If so, which one?
Yes. It motivates me and reminds me that good and long-term things are achieved through hard work and dedication, even if some days are harden than others. The motto is: “Success doesn’t happen to you. It happens because of you.”
- When did you join the Valoris team?
I joined the team in December 2020 as a Customer Relations Agent for the Unicredit Leasing project. I was very excited because the job involved some interactions that were outside my comfort zone. The team is wonderful, and the support offered helped me to develop and learn a lot.
- How was your experience while working for Valoris so far?
My Valoris experience so far has been wonderful: complex, engaging, all of these have allowed me to develop new skills and improve old ones. I learned to overcome barriers in communication, prioritize tasks, to understand the importance of teamwork.
I met wonderful people and I accumulated a lot of important information for my professional and personal development. The Valoris experience continues and I am ready for new challenges!
- What do you love most about us?
The team. It is one of the most important elements that influences my perception of the job, and it is a big plus that I met good, communicative colleagues, who beautify a hard day’s work.
- Finally, what message do you have for your colleagues?
To keep their sense of humor and positivism. Be patient, because any difficulty has a purpose and a solution, and satisfaction will be commensurate.
Together we achieve more! Best Team Ever.
