We are delighted to reveal to you Valoris’ successful stories! Today we’d like to introduce you to one of our superheroes, Lelia – Quality Analyst. Discover her journey and get inspired!
What do you think we should know about you? Could tell us more about yourself?
I am an active and perceptive person, I try to find solutions to any problem, and I like to help my colleagues, listen to them, and be close to them. I also love my job and the work I do. In the end, the most enjoyable reward is to see my colleagues happy and with maximum results.
Where did you graduate from and what are your plans?
I graduated from the Faculty of Commerce Economy, Tourism and Services at the Petroleum-Gas University in Ploiesti.
I don’t like to make too many plans. I’m spontaneous, and I let things follow their natural course. However, later in my professional career, or even earlier, I would like to set up a wine cellar.
What was your childhood dream?
When I was a child, I wanted to be a teacher, and I tried to teach the teddy bears first. After all, now I am not so far from my dream. I believe that our life course is also influenced by a childhood dream.
Do you have any hobbies? What do you do in your spare time?
In my free time, I like to dedicate my time to friends and dancing, and when the winter comes, I try as much as possible to snowboard. I also really like to travel and drive.
Do you have a motto? If so, which one?
Fool me once, shame on me. Fool me twice, shame on you.
When did you join the Valoris team?
I have been part of the Valoris team since November 2020.
How was your experience while working for Valoris so far?
For me, Valoris is a big family. From the first days of my project, I was able to find help for any problem I encountered, and I was greeted with a lot of friends and positive energy, things that I needed at that time. Great people helped me to improve my results, overcome my condition, and they encouraged me to crush any obstacle.
I gained plenty of knowledge, and this job helped me communicate much better with people. It also allowed me to meet many types of people, and to keep calm no matter what the problem is because in any problem there is always a solution. I learned to communicate openly, to trust the people around me, to be much happier for every success, and to take on every mistake.
Overall, the Valoris experience for me meant a major change in my life. This transformation helped me carry a great professional patch, and I am very proud of it.
What do you love most about us?
Mostly, I like this team.. I had some helpful and very supportive colleagues who helped me get over any problems I encountered. I also really like the fact that we have different opportunities to relax (teambuilding, Valoris Olympics, competitions), I consider it very important to unite our team through such activities. And finally, I really like that we have different opportunities for personal development with the help of different trainings and courses.
Finally, what message do you have for your colleagues?
For my Valoris colleagues, I have the following advice: Work for your dreams and try to enjoy every moment. 😊
