What do you think we should know about you? Could tell us more about yourself?
It is really challenging for me to describe who I am because I can be many different things, and it greatly relies on how other people see me. I frequently appear arrogant because I refrain from joining conversations or groups when I’m not invited. I can be impulsive and very chatty (sometimes too chatty), but if you’re patient, after 5 minutes of rambling, I review what I said and make the necessary corrections. I’m stubborn and fight till the end if I’m confident in my position. I have great faith in who I am and my abilities, which has served me well in various circumstances.
I focus best when I’m under pressure and when I have to make spur-of-the-moment decisions.

Where did you graduate from and what are your plans?
I graduated from the Faculty of Letters, specializing in Communication and Public Relations.
-
What was your childhood dream?
I had no particular dream; I had no desire to be a princess, an astronaut, or a doctor. As a result, I’ve graduated from the university mentioned above. Even at the last minute, I could not decide where to apply, so I concentrated on my strengths and decided I could effectively interact and communicate with people. So, here I am.

Do you have any hobbies? What do you do in your spare time?
Being a mom takes up a lot of my time, but when I’m not doing that, I enjoy playing video games, going on walks in the woods, hanging out with friends, and talking about whatever makes me feel good at the time.
-
Do you have a motto? If so, which one?
If you haven’t figured it out already – I don’t have a plan, I don’t follow one, I go with the flow. If there is a motto for this, I haven’t looked for it, maybe you can tell me. 😊

When did you join the Valoris team?
In November 2022, about 7 months ago.

How was your experience while working for Valoris so far?
In November, I began working as a call center agent. In June, I was promoted to Team Leader on the same project. It is important to note that this is my first actual employment; before this, I was a student, and after that, I was busy raising my little child. Working from home was and still is essential to me.
Thanks to how the interviews were conducted and the interviewers’ attitudes, I already had a favorable impression of the business. Next, everything moved along quite linearly. I appreciate that everyone understands what they must do without getting in each other’s way and that nobody will put pressure on you if you focus on producing a sound output in the eight hours of work. Moreover, everyone understands if you’re having a more demanding day and regardless of one’s position, everyone is allowed to speak freely here.

What do you love most about us?
For me, it is crucial to have no pressure, to perform at work calmly and with freedom of movement, to take time off if an emergency arises, and to have someone I can talk to for urgent matters. I’m glad to report that all the requirements have been met thus far. I want to emphasize that even if there are times when my job is demanding, I never felt that I could not finish it, that I was overworked, or that I did not want to log in the next day. I work with love.

Finally, what message do you have for your colleagues?
To take on every opportunity, to remain hopeful even in the most challenging circumstances, and to refrain from taking on issues that are not their responsibility or don’t depend on them. To speak up with confidence and trust their capabilities and potential. Additionally, they should concentrate on their priorities and well-being because they can spread that good vibe to people around them.
