We are honored to announce that in 2021 Valoris Center is acknowledged among the finalists of the prestigious ECCCSA prizes (The European Contact Centre and Customer Service Awards). ECCCSA is the most important competition and at the same time, the largest awards program hosted in Europe for the customer service and contact center industry.
Companies from 26 countries entered in the last year’s edition, the participants being customer service and outsourcing professionals.
The competition selects the performant initiatives from the industry and recognizes the innovation and professionalism in the customer care area.

We are delighted to be among the finalists in two categories and we are looking forward to the awards evening in London when winners will be announced.
This year we are a finalist in the Best Outsourcing Partnership category, together with our partners from Sodexo. We are happy this partnership was picked for the competition, thanks to the shared contribution from both companies that lead to a relationship based on communication, feedback, and continuous development for the services offered to end-users.
The second category where we ranked as finalists at the 2021 ECCCSA awards is Contact Centre of the Year. This confirms that Valoris is a company that offers competitive services, locally and internationally, due to the valuable contribution from our specialists’ team. Their expertise and devotion are recognized by our success in this competition.
On November 23 we will attend the ECCCSA awards ceremony in London. We certainly want to be winners in both categories, and we are honored to be among the finalists along with world-renowned companies.
