We’ve been providing BPO services on the Romanian market for 16 years, and the results prove that we’ve made real progress. Therefore, we will strengthen our position in the international BPO market by expanding the company.
We chose Serbia as our next hub destination since it is an excellent country with competent people, professionals, and foreign-language speakers. We will continue to deliver exceptional results to our clients across various projects and languages.
The new delivery center in Serbia provides customers with the exact high-quality solutions as the Romanian hubs. The activity will be conducted in a hybrid manner, with the possibility of working directly from the Belgrade headquarters. We expect to have a team of 50 employees by the end of the year.
In recent months, we rigorously planned the launch, and the team in charge of launching the new office has assured us that everything is going as intended. We are happy to announce that the first colleagues to work in Serbia have started their training, and we wish them great success.
