As we approach the end of the year, we have more and more reasons to celebrate. In addition to the distinctions received at the Romanian Business Awards and the ranking in the finals of the European Contact Center & Customer Service Awards 2022 in 6 categories, the good news continues to appear.
In September, we joined the Romanian-British Chamber of Commerce (BRCC), a group that fosters business and international investments between Romania and the United Kingdom.
The high-quality services we have been providing since 2006 are acknowledged and promoted thanks to this partnership globally. Valoris is a major player in the European outsourcing services sector and a leading player in the Romanian BPO market.
Recently, we also abided by the UN Global Compact’s ten principles. They concern labor, environmental preservation, human rights, and anti-corruption laws. We are pleased that the UN Global Compact has recognized the Valoris Center’s culture and way of working, which has always reflected and upheld these ten principles.
In addition to demonstrating our commitment to society and the environment, the adherence to the UN principles confirms that we bring transparency and integrity to the relationships with our customers, employees, and suppliers.
