Valoris Center was awarded bronze at the ECCCSA 2022

The European Contact & Customer Service Awards (ECCCSA) were hosted in London on November 22. More than 1200 people from 32 countries attended the event, recognizing the top companies in Europe’s customer service industry.

Valoris Center was named a finalist in six categories following this year’s nominations. We were thrilled to learn that we had won at the awards gala, as follows:

Bronze Award for Best Customer Experience category

We obtained Bronze in the most important category in the competition: Best Customer Experience at ECCCSA 2022. This award represents the international recognition of the quality and professionalism that have accompanied Valoris’ services for more than 16 years.

The “Best Customer Experience” category rewards excellence in customer service, innovation, and professionalism. We participated in this competition with one of our most outstanding projects, a long-term partnership where we always strived to offer the best experience to our partner’s end customers. We have chosen to put quality first, consistently, and to make all the necessary efforts to improve our results constantly.

Highly Commended Award for Best Flexible Working Approach and Giving Something Back categories

Valoris also received two Highly Commended Awards from ECCCSA, for Best Flexible Working Approach and Giving Something Back.

The Best Flexible Working Approach category recognized companies’ efforts in adapting their development plans to current workforce needs.

We’ve always been known for our flexibility, both with our partners and with our employees. We developed a balanced and flexible work environment in which the hybrid working model benefits customers and employees equally.

 

Giving Something Back encourages organizations to be socially responsible. Companies in this category were recognized for making a genuine difference in the communities to which they belong.

At Valoris, we value the company’s internal community and the local community where less fortunate people need our support. We have always been there for the children from the Sector 3 placement centers, and we will continue to assist them with the resources we have.
