So far, my experience at Valoris has been both uplifting and motivating. I enjoyed being an agent on the riders’ vertical, where I learned a lot about communication, empathy, and working under pressure. Currently, I am in my new role as QA, and although I’m still at the beginning, I feel excited about the opportunity to learn and contribute in a different way. Additionally, the team is very supportive and positive, which provides me with an ideal environment for continuous development. I appreciate every day I get to spend with them.

Finally, what advice do you have for your Valoris colleagues?
My advice for my colleagues at Valoris would be to always remain curious and open to learning, even when things get tough. It’s important to ask for help when needed and to understand that every step forward, no matter how small it may seem, counts when you’re determined to succeed.
