2025 surprised us with many beautiful memories, and since it’s time to look back, here are some moments that marked this year at Valoris:
The launch of SURE
We started the year with a new service: we launched and implemented SURE, a unified, fully integrated telephony and chat system that directs inbound calls to alternative support channels via live chat (the preferred channel being WhatsApp Business). This allows us to manage large call volumes more efficiently, while improving CSAT (customer satisfaction) and ESAT (employee satisfaction).
Spring fair at Valoris headquarters
We organized a Spring fair at Valoris headquarters in Bucharest, together with our friends from Căsuța Speranței in Pantelimon, a day center for children from disadvantaged families, with whom we have had a partnership for several years. Our little friends visited us in March, and our colleagues bought the Romanian spring symbols “mărțișoare” made by the children.
Career fair
We participated in the spring edition of “Angajatori de Top”, the leading local career fair, where we interacted with those interested in joining the Valoris Community, offered prizes, and received an impressive number of CVs.
Valoris in the Clutch Top 100
We found out that we are among the TOP 100 fastest-growing companies, a distinction awarded by the Clutch platform this spring.
Anniversaries of Valoris, Valoris Serbia, and Valoris Vâlcea
We celebrated 19 years of Valoris in Romania and 3 years on the Serbian market. Also in 2025, we celebrated 11 years since the establishment of the Valoris headquarters in Vâlcea.
Mplus
In April, Mplus, the BPTO division of the BOSQAR INVEST group and European leader in business process and technology outsourcing, announced that it was strengthening its position in the European market through the acquisition of Valoris.
Events for students and graduates
In May, we participated in events dedicated to students and graduates, organized by the University of Bucharest and the ARCCA campus, where we had the opportunity to discuss career beginnings with interested young people.
June 1 at “Căsuța Speranței”
June was the perfect opportunity to pay another visit to “Căsuța Speranței”, where we gifted toys and books donated by our colleagues from the Valoris Community.
ABSL Gala
At the ABSL Gala, Valoris won first place in the “Excellence in Business Leadership” category for the project “From Familiar to Game-Changing – A Romanian Success Story in Customer Support.” Also, our colleague Albert Tiron, who has been part of the Valoris team for 17 years, was a finalist in the “Colleague of the Year” category. The Association of Business Service Leaders in Romania (ABSL) is the most important organization representing the business services sector in Romania.
Visit to CERN
The Valoris team visited CERN headquarters for a workshop focused on our collaboration and exchange of perspectives.
ECCCSA Finalists
In 2025, we submitted four nominations to the European Contact Centre & Customer Service Awards (ECCCSAs), the most prestigious competition in our field, and found ourselves on the list of finalists in all these categories:

Graia
We introduced Graia to our portfolio of solutions, a platform that uses Agentic AI to transform customer and employee experience.
Anniversary at Căsuța Speranței
We were delighted to participate in the 5th anniversary of Căsuța Speranței. This event made us reflect fondly on our collaboration and on how much we can learn from children every time we have the opportunity to meet them.
Furniture donation for educational institutions
The Aura Ion Association, which we thank for its dedication and constant involvement in supporting communities in Romania, is an important partner for Valoris. Together, we have carried out impactful actions in previous years, and 2025 was no exception. In November, Valoris donated over 100 pieces of furniture to schools in Grădinari and Măgurele, helping to improve learning conditions for students.
ECCCSA Award
At the European Contact Centre & Customer Service Awards (ECCCSA) gala held in London, we won Bronze in the Best Multilingual Customer Service category, consolidating Valoris’ position as a European multilingual BPO provider.
With a vast portfolio of foreign languages and experience in multiple industries, the Valoris team climbed onto the European podium again this year.
Valoris Community Celebration
We ended the year together with the Valoris Community with an evening full of dancing and good cheer, celebrating a year full of achievements.
We conclude with gratitude another successful year at Valoris. We would like to thank our partners who have placed their trust in us and our colleagues in the Valoris Community, without whom these achievements would not have been possible. We look forward to the new year and are ready for more moments that are just as wonderful.
