With companies from 36 countries participating, the awards recognize outstanding achievements in the customer contact industry, highlighting those who are pushing the boundaries of service and performance.
This year, Valoris Center had the honor of being a finalist in three key categories: Best approach to supporting vulnerable customers, Best customer experience, and Outsourcing contact center of the year. Outsourcing contact center of the year: showcasing our best initiatives
In the Outsourcing contact center of the year category, we had the privilege of showcasing our best practices and successes to the judges who visited our headquarters in Bucharest. Presenting our efforts in this category was an incredible experience, as it allowed us to demonstrate how our approach to outsourcing drives efficiency, growth, and customer satisfaction.
We are thrilled to be finalists in such a prestigious category, and it was an honor to share our journey with the judges. We take great pride in highlighting our team’s dedication and hard work over the past year.
A journey for excellence
Our participation in the ECCCSA 2024 follows a strong tradition of success at the awards. In 2023, we won Bronze for Best Supporting Team (QA Operations Team) and we were highly commended in categories such as Best cross-functional collaboration and Best BPO partnership with Toyota Romania. In 2022, we won bronze for Best customer experience and were highly commended for Best flexible working approach and Giving something back.
