OUR SOLUTION
The solution we provided consisted of: taking over the most repetitive, time-consuming back-office tasks and redesigning the process to establish efficient workflows. Additionally, we took over the task of sending reports, ensuring the client had a clear overview of the workflows and tasks, and we made sure to cover the back-office tasks for all the regions where our partner operated.
RESULTS
We successfully managed two critical tasks for our partner—processing invoices and staff expenses, as well as reviewing financial reports for grant-funded partners. Through our organized approach, we continuously improved the quality of our work over time. This led to a significant reduction in the processing time for administrative tasks compared to when they were handled internally by the client.
